  I have been in quite a few times over the years for various service and sales needs. I always feel the service has been fantastic, and I end up leaving with a lot of helpful information such as best bike routes for adults or children, tips on bicycling laws and safety, etc. Furthermore, I appreciate that the owners took the time to make sure we had to right gear, and didn't oversell me on features we wouldn't need. Would highly recommend.

  I visited the shop early on a cold and wet Sunday afternoon, 15 miles from home with a broken chain on my road bike. I had had to walk 2 miles to get there. The gent in the shop agreed to fix it ASAP - 90 minutes - did so and was friendly and pleasant to boot. Result was a working bike that I could ride home. Big thanks to him. Good service and a satisfied customer.
